Welcome to Sleeper Build Clothing LLC.
Transparency, trust, and a great customer experience are the foundation of this brand.
These policies are here to protect both you (the customer) and the business, so everything is fair, clear, and handled with integrity.
Behind the scenes, Shopify manages the secure checkout, payment processing, fraud protection, and most of the technical operations.
This page explains how everything works — what we handle, what Shopify handles, and what you can expect as a customer.
1. Shipping Policy
Processing:
Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Preorders follow the timeline listed on the product page. Shopify sends automatic emails for every step of your order.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping is calculated at checkout through Shopify’s carrier system. Any preorder promotions (such as free shipping) will apply automatically.
Delivery Times:
Most U.S. packages arrive in 3–7 business days once shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
If tracking shows “delivered” but the package isn’t there, contact us within 7 days. We’ll help start a carrier investigation and move toward a fair solution.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
Returns:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges:
If the size or item you need is still available, we can exchange it. If it’s sold out — which happens with limited drops — we’ll offer store credit or a refund.
Non-Returnable Items:
Any item marked as final sale, or any item showing wear, washing, deodorant, sweat, stains, or damage, cannot be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If something arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll take care of it. Shopify’s order system helps us verify and process these quickly.
3. Preorder Policy
Preorders allow us to produce only what’s needed, reduce waste, and deliver the best quality. Shopify handles secure payment and holds your order in our system until production is complete.
Preorder Terms:
Payment is collected at checkout. Estimated ship windows are listed on each product page. If timelines shift due to production, you’ll receive an update.
Cancellations:
You may cancel a preorder within 24 hours. After that, production may already be in progress.
Delays:
If delays happen, you’ll have the choice to continue waiting, receive store credit, or request a refund depending on production status.
4. Order Cancellation Policy
Standard Orders:
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, Shopify may already be processing fulfillment.
Fraud Prevention:
Shopify automatically screens for fraud to protect both you and the business. High-risk orders may be held or canceled.
5. Sizing Policy
Our cuts, fabrics, and fits are custom — especially our oversized silhouettes.
Each product page includes a detailed size chart. Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing before purchasing.
Exchanges depend on remaining inventory once a drop sells out.
6. Payment Policy (Handled by Shopify)
All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, including major cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and any additional options shown at checkout.
Shopify encrypts every transaction. Sleeper Build Clothing never sees or stores your full card information.
7. Privacy Policy
Shopify Handles:
Secure checkout, encryption, data protection, cookie tracking, and PCI compliance.
We Collect:
Your name, email, and shipping information only so we can process your order and communicate updates.
We Do Not:
Sell or share your data.
Store your payment information.
Share your information with anyone except Shopify and shipping carriers for fulfillment.
8. Customer Service Policy
Your experience matters.
Contact us at luke.s@sleeperbuildclothing.store and we’ll respond within 24–48 hours on business days.
We handle every message personally. Shopify gives us accurate order information so we can help you quickly and fairly.
9. Limited Drop Policy
Sleeper Build products are produced in small runs.
Once an item or size sells out, restocks aren’t guaranteed unless we announce one.
Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it — Shopify updates inventory in real time.
10. Liability Disclaimer
Sleeper Build Clothing is not responsible for:
Incorrect addresses entered at checkout, delays caused by carriers, damage after washing or wearing, or allergic reactions to materials.
Fabric information is always listed on each product page.
11. Terms of Service Overview
By using our site, you agree to:
Provide accurate information, avoid fraudulent behavior, follow these policies, and understand that Shopify handles secure payment, checkout, and data protection.

Our policies may evolve as the brand grows.
The version you see on this page is always the current one.
13. Wash & Care Guidelines
Each item includes recommended care instructions.
To preserve the look and feel, wash cold, use a gentle cycle, turn garments inside out, avoid bleach, and hang dry or tumble dry low.
Sleeper Build Clothing is not responsible for damage caused by washing or care outside these recommendations.
14. Color Variation Notice
Colors may vary slightly in person due to lighting, fabric texture, and screen settings.
These small differences are normal and not considered defects.
15. International Orders
If international shipping is enabled, all customs fees, taxes, and import costs are the responsibility of the customer.
International transit times vary by country. Customs delays are outside of our control.
16. Limited Edition Policy
Small-batch drops may have slight variations between runs.
Restocks are not guaranteed unless announced.
Because availability is limited, exchanges may be restricted once sizes sell out.
17. Address Accuracy Agreement
Customers must enter the correct shipping address at checkout.
We cannot change addresses after fulfillment begins.
Orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address cannot be replaced or refunded.
18. Manufacturing Variation Disclaimer
Because each garment is cut and sewn by hand, small differences in stitching, measurements (within about one inch), or fabric texture may occur.
These are normal in apparel production and not considered defects.
19. Chargebacks & Disputes
If something goes wrong with your order, reach out to us directly so we can fix it quickly.
Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may slow down the resolution process.
We are committed to resolving all concerns fairly.
