Preorders follow the production and shipping timeline listed on the product page.

Once your order ships, Shopify automatically sends tracking and status updates.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout using Shopify’s carrier system.
Any active promotions (such as free shipping on preorders) apply automatically at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or incorrect address information entered at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows an order as “delivered” but you did not receive it, contact us within 7 days.
We will assist in initiating a carrier investigation and work toward a fair resolution.
